IIP & TTC plays a pivotal role in counseling and guiding the students for the successful career placement and is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into suitable employment. Deploying an internationally acclaimed Training Module the Cell aims to enhance the employability of the student by conducting specialized programmes in personality development, interpersonal and communication skills, career planning and career mapping along with group discussions and mock interview. IIP & TTC is aptly supported with infrastructure that includes spacious seminar halls with modern electronic teaching aids like LCD projector and PCs with internet. It is our quality research, excellent facilities and talented students that bring many reputed national and multinational companies visit the institute for campus recruitment annually. On an average, over 80% of eligible students have been placed since inception. Among top corporate that recruit our students regularly are TCS, My Sigma, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, L& T, JSW, HP, Tech Mahindra, Cognizent, WIPRO, UST Global, CMC Ltd, and to name a few.

The purpose of the policy is to define the overall structure & processes of the IIP & TTC, and to structure the roles & responsibilities of the teams working on this process of the Cell.

The campus recruitment is strictly applied to the students of the final year of each programmes.
