VISION OF THE DEPARTMENT: To emarge as a leading department in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering with academic excellence in colaboration with industry and develop students as promising Electronics and Communicaion engineers who serve and enrich the society by using their technical skill competently for its development and prosperity.

MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT: To impart high quality education with efforts to inculcate fundamental know ledge with strong human values, enterpreneurship capability, analysis, design and research ability, effective communication skills with capability of working individually as well as in a team awareness of societal, ethical and environmental issues, and problem solving aptitudes including project management skills and life long learning capacity to face the contemporary world with solutions for its crisis or problems that leads to sustainable development in the field of Electronics and Communication Enigineering.

PEO1 The graduates will have the ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science & engineering fundamentals to systematically delineate & solve electronics communication & related engineering problems.
PEO2

The graduates will have the ability to analyze, design develop solution, conduct investigations or research & use modern tools & techniques to solve complex engineering problems using specialized knowledge of ECE.

PEO3 The graduates will aware & conscious about the societal issues & problems and consequent responsibilities relevant to professional engineering practice & also will understand impacts of engineering solution in societal & environmental context & demonstrate knowledge and need for sustainable development. 
PEO4 The graduates will have the skills to function effectively and an individual and as a member of team in diverse & multidisciplinary setting with excellent communication skills & apply management principles to engineering practice & work situation.
